Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga for every level, every body. Gentle stretching, strengthening and breath. Offered both online and in-studio. This class is wonderful to maintain mobility, and flexibility.

Hatha Yoga + Pilates

This strength building class generates heat and breath. Focus on strength, mobility and flexibility. New theme each week, for students comfortable with sun salutations and are able to honor their body!

Hatha Yoga- Mellow

The perfect class for any level of student who has mobility in wrists and knees. New theme each week focused on foundational posture, breath and flexibility. Stretch, strength, and relaxation. Offered both online and in-studio.

Hatha Yoga +Strength

Build heat, strength and awareness in this fun class! Time to connect body with spirit. This is a strong practice but is held with sensitivity and awareness as students build confidence to honor their body. On Sundays this class is 90 min which allows Play with inversions and props. For students comfortable with their practice.
